Whitney Freeman

Area Manager, Georgia

Whitney Freeman is the Georgia Area Manager for CORE, overseeing statewide programming that includes emergency response and health access initiatives. She began her journey with CORE in 2020, supporting mobile health units and community outreach in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Metro Atlanta. Since then, Whitney has worked across the state to bring health access programs to the most vulnerable communities, ensuring that critical services reach those who need them most.

 

Throughout her time at CORE, Whitney has led efforts to strengthen community partnerships, develop programs that address health inequities, and implement operational strategies that enhance program impact and sustainability. Her expertise includes program and financial management, health equity, community outreach, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic stakeholder collaboration.

 

Whitney holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Howard University.
