The Hub is a welcoming, inclusive space designed to help survivors navigate every stage of rebuilding and recovery following the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires. 

Led by CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), The Hub serves as a center for rebuilding resources, expert guidance, and community support. We bring together trusted nonprofit and local partners to support and coordinate an equitable rebuilding and recovery journey, ensuring that every survivor has access to the tools and assistance they need to rebuild safely and sustainably.

Our Partners

The Hub is powered by collaboration among organizations rooted in community recovery and resilience: 

Leads disaster case management, resource navigation, and rebuilding coordination — ensuring that every survivor has equitable access to recovery support.

Provides end-to-end construction and project management, including soil remediation, permitting, contractor vetting, and escrow oversight for rebuilds.

A resident-led initiative that preserves Altadena’s architectural character while promoting affordable, fire-resilient rebuilding through education and design support.

Offers pre-approved home designs, streamlined permitting, and homeowner support to make rebuilding faster, more affordable, and community-centered.

Provides free legal assistance to disaster impacted community members with FEMA, housing, public benefits, education, worker rights, health, family law/domestic violence, immigration, consumer and bankruptcy issues.
