Carrie Neal serves as the Senior Director of Global People and Culture at CORE. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Carrie has worked in various industries such as public health, non-profit, local county government, veterans’ services organizations, and education. In her experience, she has scaled HR departments up and down as needed and remains proficient in developing policies, procedures, and processes. At CORE, she manages a department of passionately dedicated staff and develops, implements, and assess the functionality of HR strategies and policies to align with organizational goals.

Before CORE, Carrie worked at the CDC Foundation as Senior Director of HR and People Operations. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Franklin University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. Carrie also has numerous certifications, including professional coaching, DEIAB, and SHRM.
