If you are 70½ or older, an IRA charitable rollover is a way you can help continue our work. Please indicate in your donation that it is a qualified charitable distribution (QCD).
QCDs count toward your required minimum distribution for the year. If you have to take your required minimum distribution but you don’t want or need the funds, QCDs are a good way to distribute the amount out of the IRA. As an added benefit, you’ll avoid paying income tax on your gross income up to $100,000. For additional information on QCDs, please contact your financial advisor.

A Donor–Advised Fund (DAF) is a type of giving fund administered by a third party that allows you to combine favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to easily support CORE. It is created to manage your charitable donations. Recommend grants to CORE Community Organized Relief Effort whenever you wish to make a gift. Our Tax ID (EIN) is 27-1703237.
If you would like to donate stock, please alert us by email that a donated stock gift is being transferred. In your email, please include the donor name, stock name, ticker symbol and number of shares of the stock being donated and the mailing address of the donor.
